• Terrace Paper Building - $4,500,000 project, 100,000 sf new construction pre-cast building of a manufacturing plant that produces most of the paper & cardboard container products for McDonalds, Dunkin Doughnuts & Starbucks Coffee.
• Terrace Paper interior build-out - $550,000 project, 10,000 sf interior office build-out for existing client.
• Archer Senior Living- City of Chicago Senior Citizen (55) unit apartment building. Furnished and installed all carpet with padding, ceramic tile at floors & tub surrounds, marble walls and floors with anti-crack membrane at lobby & VCT flooring.
• Collette Hair Salon - $100,000 interior renovation on Michigan Ave. & Walton. Demolition of entire space architecturally. Installed new electrical, all plumbing, drywall, ceiling tile, wood floors, doors, hardware, painting, trim, light fixtures, granite tops, cherry cabinets & shelving including all new bathroom fixtures.
• KY Sales – Commercial space & (2) apt total renovation; (3) unit building in Bridgeport Chicago.
